Your new role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Recruitment Consultant.

As a member of Employee Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Accountable for a recruitment case load.
  • Provide advisory service on recruitment, selection and appointment processes in accordance with legislative and regulatory framework governing public sector employment.
  • Provide support to appplicants and employees to ensure they have an optimal recruitment experience
  • Use a range of IT systems to process, record and manage transactional activivies and documentation
  • Process the transactional components of the recruitment activities accurately, consistently and in a timely manner, in accordance with defined KPIs.
