We are seeking to establish a pool of suitable Level 4 Quality and Resource Coordinators and Level 5 Senior Quality and Resource Coordinators.

There is currently one (1) Level 5 Senior Quality and Resource Coordinator fixed term position available, with the possibility of extension and or permanency.

About the Roles

Senior Quality and Resource Coordinator Level 5

As the Senior Quality and Resource Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the right resources are in place to meet operational priorities while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and service delivery. You will lead workforce planning and forecasting activities, monitor performance and productivity, and provide data-driven insights that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, you will champion quality assurance processes, identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and help build team capability through coaching, support and the implementation of best-practice procedures. Your work will directly contribute to achieving business objectives, meeting performance targets and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.

The suitability requirements for this role are:

  • Deliver on high leverage areas by identifying what matters most, driving objectives forward with determination and demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.

Quality and Resource Coordinator Level 4

As the Quality and Resource Coordinator, you will support the delivery of high-quality services through effective workforce planning, resource coordination and quality assurance activities. You will monitor workloads, analyse performance data and provide reporting and insights to support operational decision-making and achievement of service targets.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support compliance with legislative and organisational requirements, and help build team capability through training and guidance. Your work will play a key role in driving consistent, efficient and customer-focused service delivery.

The suitability requirements for this role are:

  • Deliver on high leverage areas by identifying what matters most, driving objectives forward with determination and demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.

Senior Quality and Resource Coordinator Level 5

Question 1.

Describe your experience applying contemporary workforce management principles in a large customer service or contact centre environment. Include examples of workforce forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, resource optimisation, and the workforce management systems you have used, outlining your level of expertise and responsibilities. As part of your response, describe how you worked with stakeholders, applied relevant quality assurance principles, policies, procedures or legislative requirements, and contributed both independently and as part of a team to achieve workforce planning outcomes.

Question 2.

Provide examples of how you have analysed workforce and operational performance data to prepare statistical reports, dashboards, recommendations or business insights for management. Include details of the tools used, the outcomes achieved, and how your analysis informed decision-making, service delivery improvements or workforce planning strategies.

Quality and Resource Coordinator Level 4

Question 1.

Describe your experience in workforce/resource planning. Include details of the workforce management systems you have used, your level of proficiency, and how you have applied these systems to support workforce forecasting, scheduling, resource allocation and workload management. As part of your response, outline how you have worked with stakeholders, applied relevant policies, procedures, quality assurance principles or legislative requirements, and contributed both independently and as part of a team to achieve workforce planning outcomes.

Question 2.

Provide examples of your experience in a customer service or contact centre environment analysing operational data and preparing statistical reports. Describe how you interpreted data, identified trends, and used insights to support service delivery outcomes, performance targets or business improvements.

Please specify which role you are applying for, the Level 4 role, the Level 5 role, or both. If applying for both roles, only required to address the questions for the Level 5 role.

Please, nominate two (2) referees who can provide feedback on your capacity to meet the Work-Related Requirements. At least one of the referees should be your most recent, immediate supervisor.
