About the Research Officer, Data Analyst, Business Analyst & Senior Data Analyst - Talent Register:

About The Roles:

Research Officer (Public Housing Reporting) – Level 4

This position undertakes Research, Analysis and Business Improvement in support of policy development in the Directorate.

Data Analyst (Public Housing Reporting) – Level 5

This position is responsible for undertaking Research, Analysis and Reports for the Directorate on Housing related issues.

Business Analyst (Public Housing Reporting) – Level 6

The Business Analyst is responsible for providing consultancy on business improvement opportunities, monitoring and delivering operational reporting across the services network, and proposing and developing business solutions to meet the changing needs of the Department of Housing and Works.

Senior Data Analyst (Public Housing Reporting) – Level 6

This position is responsible for:

• reporting and interpreting information based on data analysis to contribute to research, evaluation, reporting, and planning,
• enhancing the planned approach to information collection and analysis through liaison with both internal and external stakeholders,
• managing projects to deliver the outcomes sought in the work unit plan,
• providing quality assurance of analytical approaches used within the division and ensures that reporting and advice on analytical issues is within the prescribed framework.
