This is a fixed term, full-time position commencing October 2026 up until April 2027 with possible extension (12 months) and/or permanency
Program Kaartdijin is a significant digital transformation program for WA public schools, replacing the existing School Information System (SIS) with a modern, integrated solution for school administration and finance.22
The Program is being delivered in two phases, with Phase 2 now underway. This phase will deliver the full Kaartdijin solution to support the operational needs of schools and the reporting and management needs of the Department of Education.

The Role
As the Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for the coordination and preparation of training and deployment activities for Program Kaartdijin. This role plays a critical part in ensuring training delivery is well organised, efficient and responsive to schools and Program needs.
The position requires a highly organised, adaptable, and proactive individual who can effectively manage an evolving training schedule. Responsibilities include coordinating deployment launch activities, organising online and face-to-face training sessions, booking venues and meeting rooms, arranging travel, accommodation and catering, liaising with stakeholders and providing timely communications to support successful delivery of training activities.
