This role supports the delivery of projects within the Network & Infrastructure division by providing project and contract administration assistance across a range of project activities. You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are effectively coordinated and delivered in line with timeframes and objectives.

You will assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports and schedules, monitor project progress, and coordinate assigned project components to ensure deadlines are met. The role also involves supporting contract administration activities, including maintaining documentation, tracking correspondence, assisting with claims and procurement processes, and verifying invoices.

Working across a collaborative environment, you will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, contribute to meetings and reporting processes, and support continuous project improvement through accurate data and effective coordination.

About You!

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience providing project administration support within a project delivery or similar environment
  • Knowledge of contract administration processes and project management principles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using systems - Microsoft Suite Office (Excel) and records management systems

This is a fixed term opportunity available to 31 August 2030 with the possibility of renewal and/or permanency.

To be eligible to work at the PTA you must be either an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident or hold a valid work visa until 31 August 2030.
