Recognised as a high-quality educational campus and one of the first Independent Public Schools (IPS) in Western Australia, Mindarie Senior College’s (SC) vision is to be the leading provider of senior secondary education in the northern suburbs.

The College is located 39 kilometres north of Perth in the northern coastal corridor and enjoys sweeping ocean views. It promotes a ‘Young Adult Ethos’ that encourages students to take ownership of their learning. We provide a comprehensive education with pathways leading to attainment of an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR), Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualifications or future employment. Our broad curriculum ensures children can pursue their passions, which will engage and motivate them to be productive, independent learners.

Mindarie SC works to embed restorative practices, fostering strong, respectful relationships that underpin a positive and inclusive learning culture for both staff and students. Students at Mindarie SC are highly engaged in all facets of their learning. Our motivated and knowledgeable staff are enthusiastic educators who actively participate in classroom observation and professional dialogue to continually improve practice. The College is focused on preparing students for their next steps, supporting them to achieve their future aspirations.

Staff embrace contemporary and effective teaching strategies to ensure all students have the opportunity to achieve the best possible outcomes. This work is underpinned by a strong culture of continuous improvement through review and reflection.
