We are seeking to establish a pool of Program Coordinator - Student Achievement for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026, up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Kalamunda Senior High School (SHS) has an enviable reputation developed over 66 years of providing a quality education to all students. The school is proud of its outstanding achievement in the Gifted and Talented Visual Arts specialist program over 45 years, which is complemented by excellence in academic achievement, languages (three), a specialist program in Outdoor Education, Soccer and Performing Arts (General and Music) and an outstanding music program.

The Role
Kalamunda SHS is seeking to create a pool of suitable applicants for a Program Coordinator - Student Achievement position to join our collaborative senior leadership team at the school. This position will have a teaching component in their specialist curriculum area in addition to this role.
Suitable applicants will ideally display educational leadership in supporting student achievement across all years. Working closely with the Deputy – Student Achievement, they will lead initiatives that enhance student outcomes, monitor programs and collaborate with heads of learning areas and specialist program coordinators to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
This position will play a pivotal role in driving academic excellence and ensuring students are reaching their full potential.
Applicants should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be collaborative members of the whole school community, embracing the school’s vision, values and strategic directions.
