This is a great opportunity to be part of the world’s largest bulk export port authority, encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites. The Pilot Operations Superintendent is responsible for the governance, optimisation and continuous improvement of pilotage operational systems, compliance frameworks and supporting processes across Pilbara Ports. The role ensures HELM and related controls are effective, consistently applied, and support safe, efficient and compliant operations. It provides systems and governance oversight for pilotage operations, drives resolution of recurring operational and system issues, and operational leadership for Marine Pilots West Pilbara.
