About the team/business unit
The People & Culture (P&C) branch within Corporate Services is central to Landgate’s ability to deliver on its strategic priorities, leading the development of a capable, agile and high-performing workforce that supports the organisation’s long-term focus on performance, innovation and service to the Western Australian community.
At an operational level, it delivers consistent, high-quality people services across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and work health and safety, ensuring reliable and responsive support to the business.

People Services Coordinator (Level 4)
Be the person who makes HR easy to navigate.
As our People Services Coordinator, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for managers and employees, helping them navigate recruitment, establishment, onboarding, workforce administration and people processes with confidence. You'll coordinate key employee lifecycle activities, provide practical advice, and ensure our systems, data and processes run smoothly behind the scenes.

We currently have one Permanent People Services Officer and one permanent People Services Coordinator position available for immediate start. These are Full-Time positions; however, Part-Time arrangements may be considered.

Role Requirements
To be successful in the Level 3 People Services Officer, please address the following in your cover letter:
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear information and respond to routine enquiries and delivering responsive customer-focused service.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to accurately enter and maintain data, including working across systems and maintaining records.
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes and apply instructions, including interpreting guidelines, procedures and basic policy information with a willingness to continuously improve.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise tasks, manage routine workloads and meet deadlines.
To be successful in the Level 4 People Services Coordinator, please address the following in your cover letter:
- Demonstrated experience delivering and coordinating operational HR processes across a broad range of areas (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employment conditions, payroll inputs and workforce data), with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear, practical guidance on HR processes and systems, enabling managers and employees to navigate requirements, tools and templates effectively with a willingness to continuously improve.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities across stakeholders, maintaining workflow, prioritising competing demands and ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships.
