About The Role:
As the Payroll Administration Officer, you will provide specialist payroll administration and systems support, including system testing, troubleshooting, data validation, reporting and process improvement. You will assist with payroll system upgrades and enhancements, investigate system and processing issues, and help maintain the accuracy and integrity of payroll information.
Working closely with the Senior Payroll Administration Officer and Payroll team, system support teams and service providers, you will provide technical advice, training and support to deliver accurate, compliant and efficient payroll services. About You:
You are an experienced payroll or HR systems professional with strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. You can interpret and apply relevant legislation, awards, agreements, policies and procedures in a payroll environment and demonstrate accountability, sound judgement and personal leadership. Experience using Ascender/aPay or a similar payroll system, together with Excel skills, would be highly regarded.
