About You

You’re a capable and solutions-focused Microsoft 365 professional who combines strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of how people use technology to collaborate and get work done.

You will bring hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Exchange Online, along with the confidence to troubleshoot complex issues and provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support. You understand that effective platform administration goes beyond keeping systems running, and you’re comfortable managing permissions, governance, security, retention and compliance requirements while maintaining a positive user experience.

You will enjoy looking for opportunities to improve how things are done, whether that’s strengthening governance, streamlining administration, improving platform performance or helping users get more from Microsoft 365. You’re organised in your approach, value clear documentation and standards, and can work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.

Most importantly, you will bring curiosity, sound judgement and a commitment to keeping your Microsoft 365 knowledge current in an environment where the technology continues to evolve.

There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.

To be considered eligible for employment, you will:

  • Possess current and valid Australian working rights (e.g. Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or an appropriate working visa). Please note, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Hold, or have the ability to obtain:
    • Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
