About the roles
These roles are ideally suited for Organisational Development or Human Resources leaders who bring depth of expertise in contemporary thinking in designing strategic solutions, leading complex programs, developing high performing teams but are equally prepared in getting their hands dirty by chipping in with the work that needs to be done.
Manager Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Level 7
We are looking for someone with strategic workforce planning knowledge and experience who can connect strategy with talent management programs. Your challenge will be to bring together workforce insights, strategic thinking and contemporary talent practices to develop solutions that are practical today while positioning the Department for the future.
Manager Culture and Organisational Design Level 7
We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in organisational and job design and culture who can connect strategy with structure, culture and people. Your challenge will be seeing the organisation as a system and delivering practical programs that improve organisational effectiveness.

Permanent appointment:
- To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia at the time of applying.
