As Manager Property and Capital Works, you are responsible for managing the section including the implementation of plans, delivery of capital projects, and Communities’ leasing portfolio and the provision of expert advice to Senior Management with regard to Strategic Asset Management issues and trends. You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Leadership skills with a record of achievement in Asset Management and project management activities.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and a high-level of customer focus.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and applying Strategic Asset Management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, consult and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
