About You

To be successful in this role you must have experience in supporting a large and varied academic environment.  Must be an experienced ICT leader who thrives at the intersection of people, service and technology.

The role means you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for Service Desk, Desktop Support, Hardware, Provisioning and Software Licensing services. You'll work closely with business leaders, customers and technical specialists to ensure the needs of the clients are met in an efficient and effective manner while remaining aligned to organisational priorities.

You will have the autonomy to identify opportunities for improvement, drive service transformation initiatives, strengthen service management practices and enhance the overall customer experience. You'll also play a key role in advising senior leaders, managing vendors and resources, and ensuring ICT services continue to evolve to meet changing business needs.

There is also an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.
