We are seeking to establish a pool of Manager Corporate Services for permanent and fixed term, full-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Wirrabirra Primary School (PS) is located in Gosnells with approximately 350 students from Kindergarten to Year 6. We are co-located with Wirrabirra Education Support Centre; staff from both schools work in collaboration to maximise learning opportunities for all students.

Our school vision of Learn, Grow, Care reflects the aspirations and core beliefs of our school and community. Our vision is the driving force behind all decisions, policies and processes and is reflected in all aspects of the daily management and operations of our school.

Currently, our school offers specialist programs in Physical Education, Arts (Music/Visual), and Languages (Indonesian). As a professional and committed staff, we have high expectations for ourselves and our students and create enabling conditions that allow students to achieve success.

The Role

As the Manager Corporate Services, the suitable applicant’s central responsibility is to provide comprehensive oversight of the school's critical components, namely financial, physical, and human resources. In this role, you play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the school's operations. This involves supervising school support staff, guiding them in the meticulous administration of tasks related to financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination. Your adept management ensures that the school's financial operations adhere to established standards and contribute to the overall success of the institution.

A core aspect of your role is to administer and report on the financial integrity of the school's business operations. This includes offering valuable input into financial planning and budgeting, where your insights play a role in ensuring the fiscal health of the school. Your strategic involvement in the development of Business and Marketing Plans, in close collaboration with the Principal and the Leadership Team, underscores your commitment to the school's long-term objectives.

Additionally, suitable applicants actively monitor the school's financial performance against these plans, emphasising a proactive and results-driven approach to financial management. Beyond the financial realm, your responsibilities may extend to participating in committees and working groups, ensuring that your strategies align with both school-based and regional business targets, contributing to the broader success of the school.
