Sevenoaks is a standalone senior college being only one of two in the metropolitan area which offer specialised pathways to senior school students in Years 11 and 12. The Role
As a Manager of Corporate Services, you would play a pivotal role in the effective administration and financial management of the school, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures. The position oversees key operational areas including finance, human resources, asset management, and school support services. Your adept management ensures that the school's financial operations adhere to established standards and contribute to the overall success of the institution.
The Manager of Corporate Services would be responsible for preparing and monitoring budgets, managing procurement and contracts, coordinating payroll and leave processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You may also supervise Allied Professional staff and contribute to workforce planning, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
In addition to operational leadership, the Manager of Corporate Services would support strategic planning and decision-making by providing timely and accurate advice to the Principal and Executive Team and the School Board. You should ensure the school’s resources are aligned with educational priorities and maintain accountability for compliance with relevant legislation and departmental standards. The successful applicant will ideally have high-level communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with a strong focus on service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
