The Role

The Manager Corporate Services is an integral member of the school leadership team and works closely with the Principal to support the effective financial, physical and human resource operations of the school. The successful applicant will oversee areas including financial management, workforce administration, facilities, procurement, compliance and the performance management of cleaning and gardening staff.

We are seeking an applicant who ideally:

  • displays strong financial, administrative and organisational skills;
  • can manage competing priorities accurately and efficiently;
  • communicates clearly and builds positive relationships with staff, families, community members and external agencies;
  • provides supportive and accountable leadership to corporate services staff;
  • uses initiative, sound judgement and effective problem-solving skills; and
  • understands, or is willing to learn, Department of Education systems, policies and processes.
