Lead the delivery of apprenticeship initiatives that create meaningful training and employment outcomes, while building strong industry partnerships and empowering a high-performing team in this temporary opportunity for 15 months with the possibility of further term and/or permanency.

About You

We are seeking a collaborative and strategic leader to manage our Apprenticeship Management Team and drive initiatives that support apprenticeship participation, progression and completion. Working closely with industry, employers, government agencies and internal stakeholders, you will build strong partnerships, lead continuous improvement initiatives and use data-driven insights to enhance service delivery and student outcomes. You will inspire and develop a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive, customer-focused culture that supports apprentices, trainees and employers to succeed.

There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.

  • Have relevant skills and experience to meet the selection criteria and role requirements as outlined in the attached JDF.

Eligibility Requirements and Other Conditions

To be considered eligible for employment, you will:

  • Possess current and valid Australian working rights (e.g. Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or an appropriate working visa). Please note, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Hold, or have the ability to obtain:
    • Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
    • Working With Children (WWC) Card
