Selection Criteria
Applicants should address the following three (3) criteria. These should be addressed in no more than three (3) pages in total.
- Significant experience providing strategic and operational human resource business partnering, consultancy and workforce management services within a complex organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to coach and partner with multiple stakeholders and build and maintain trust and credibility to deliver improved workforce outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex workforce issues, provide pragmatic solutions and influence positive organisational outcomes.
