This is a Permanent Full Time appointment, and we have two positions for Executive Officer.

About you
To be successful in this position, the applicant will be a highly organised and proactive professional with excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, demonstrated experience providing high-level executive and administrative support, and the ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement, maintain confidentiality, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced and complex environment.
About the Executive Officer roles
Executive Officer, Office of the Commissioner: We are seeking an Executive Officer to provide high-level executive, administrative and project support to the Commissioner and the Office of the Commissioner. This pivotal role is responsible for coordinating correspondence, managing executive business processes, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, and providing research and project support to deliver key organisational priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.
Executive Officer, Deputy Commissioner Commissioning and Programs: This dynamic role provides executive, administrative and project support to the Deputy Commissioner and their office, across a broad portfolio of commissioning and program activities. This includes secretarial support, complex diary and correspondence management, coordinating business operations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to research and project work that supports the delivery of critical mental health, alcohol and other drug services across Western Australia.
