About the role
The Public Transport Authority is embarking on a significant Business Transformation Program that will modernise the way we operate through the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. As the ERP Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering this transformation across the organisation.
Reporting to the Manager Business Transformation and Capability, you will provide architectural leadership across the design, implementation and transition of the PTA's ERP solution. Working closely with business leaders, project teams, implementation partners and technology vendors, you will ensure business processes, data, integrations and technology solutions are aligned to organisational objectives and delivered in accordance with best-practice architecture principles.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced enterprise architect to influence the future of finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, asset management and human capital management functions within a large and complex organisation. You will provide governance and assurance across solution architecture, integrations, data migration, security, transition planning and legacy system decommissioning while helping establish the foundations for long-term organisational success.
If you are motivated by large-scale transformation, enjoy solving complex business challenges and have a passion for delivering modern technology-enabled business outcomes, we would love to hear from you.
About You!
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Significant experience in enterprise, solution or business architecture, including the design, implementation and integration of enterprise-wide business systems.
- A strong understanding of ERP ecosystems and end-to-end business processes across finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, asset management and human resources.
- Experience developing architecture standards, governance frameworks, roadmaps and technology strategies that support organisational transformation.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, vendors, technical specialists and business representatives.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience balancing business requirements, technical considerations and implementation risks.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams, foster collaboration and drive successful delivery outcomes.
