The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for student-centred leaders to make a meaningful contribution to student experience and achievement, while helping shape the positive culture of one of Western Australia's leading public secondary schools.

Suitable applicants should champion the school's vision, foster a culture of shared responsibility, and provide leadership that supports positive outcomes for both students and staff.
As Deputy Principals, you will ideally play a key role in shaping school culture, leading strategic initiatives, and driving whole-school improvement through collaborative planning, policy development, and effective systems management. Portfolio responsibilities will be aligned to suitable applicant's strengths and the needs of the school.
The desired applicants will ideally exhibit the ability to use data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and implement strategies that enhance student outcomes and experiences. Highly developed organisational skills, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset are highly important, as is the ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
