Engage, Experience, Empower.

Grovelands Primary School (PS) is a diverse and welcoming school community where positive relationships, high expectations and a shared commitment to student success guide our work. We believe every child deserves to feel valued, supported and inspired to achieve their best.

We are building a positive school culture through collaborative leadership, open communication and a commitment to continuous improvement. Students, staff and families are important partners in this work, with student learning and wellbeing at the centre of every decision.

Guided by the Department of Education’s Teaching for Impact framework, we are strengthening consistent, evidence-based teaching through explicit instruction, purposeful assessment and collaborative planning, particularly in literacy and numeracy. Our developing Positive Behaviour Support approach centres on Pride, Respect, Learning and Safety, supporting students to feel safe, connected and ready to learn. Inclusive practice, targeted support and strong partnerships with families underpin our commitment to every learner.

This is an opportunity to join Grovelands at an exciting stage of its development. We welcome Deputy Principals who build trust, develop staff capability and work collaboratively to translate shared priorities into lasting improvements for students.
