Step into the world of Statewide Services Business Support, where your work is more than just a job.
As a Customer Support Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and support a Customer Support Team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services.
- Provide information and assistance to customers accessing services and documentation, including Births, Deaths & Marriages, Medicare and My Health records.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on complex enquiries and promoting excellence in customer service.
- Monitor team performance, coordinate staff rostering, and contribute to continuous service improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Manager and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery, develop operational processes and achieve positive outcomes for customers.
