Your Career in Customer Service
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals with a can-do attitude to kickstart their career delivering front line customer service in Western Australia. As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll provide exceptional face to face support and resolve enquiries with confidence and care.
In this face-to-face role, you’ll:
- Engage directly with customers across Western Australia
- Use a variety of computer-based systems to provide solutions
- Build rapport quickly and work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting
The Opportunity
We have full-time, 6-month fixed term contracts available, with potential for additional contracts or permanency. Positions are open across Perth’s North and South metropolitan areas.
We are looking for candidates available to work full-time on rotating shifts, 7 days a week, between 7am to 6pm at the following locations:
GREATER NORTH Region:Â Butler & JoondalupÂ
NORTH Region:Â Mirrabooka, Midland & City WestÂ
GREATER SOUTH Region:Â Mandurah & RockinghamÂ
SOUTH Region:Â Cannington, Kelmscott & Success
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 12 months from date of first appointment across the Department of Transport & Major Infrastructure.Â
