This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Position Profile: Responsible for triage assessment and management of complex cases. Provides consultancy, supervision and evaluation of junior staff in a multi disciplinary team. Responsible for quality care in the community.

Advanced Clinical Mental Health Practice
Demonstrated ability to independently assess, prioritise and manage complex community mental health presentations, applying advanced clinical judgment to support safe, recovery-focused and consumer-centred outcomes across a range of service settings.
Clinical Leadership and Team Effectiveness
Demonstrated ability to provide clinical leadership, guidance and professional support to multidisciplinary teams through effective communication, coaching, consultation and collaborative problem-solving, contributing to high-quality service delivery and positive team outcomes.
Clinical Governance, Legislation and Risk
Demonstrated ability to apply relevant mental health legislation, professional standards and organisational policies to ensure safe, ethical and compliant clinical practice, while protecting consumer rights and managing clinical risk.
Quality Improvement and Service Excellence
Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to quality improvement, clinical review and governance activities, using evidence-informed approaches to enhance service effectiveness, safety and continuous improvement outcomes.
Professional Accountability and Community Partnerships
Demonstrated commitment to professional accountability, inclusive practice and responsive community service delivery, including the ability to build effective partnerships with consumers, carers, health professionals and external agencies across diverse community environments.
