About the Role  

Perth Children’s Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join the Post-Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and provide specialised nursing care and close monitoring for children with a diverse range of surgical and procedural needs as they recover from surgery or anaesthesia.

As a Clinical Nurse, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and play a critical role in supporting children through this important stage of their recovery. You will use your clinical assessment and decision-making skills to recognise and respond to changes in a child’s condition, manage post-operative care and ensure a safe transition for children and their families to the next stage of their care journey.

You will also provide clinical leadership within the team, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality care and contributing to a positive culture of continuous improvement.
