About You

As a Client Services Officer, you will provide high quality customer service and administrative support to prospective and current students across North Metropolitan TAFE campuses. You will assist with enquiries, admissions and enrolments, provide accurate advice, process student fees, maintain student records and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver responsive and effective client services.

There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.

• Hold, or have the ability to obtain:
  • Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
  • Working With Children (WWC) Card
