As a Case Support Officer, you will be:
- Helping to manage case work in the District by offering direct support and administrative help to assigned case management teams;
- Delivering general administrative services and support for case work issues that are accurate, efficient, professionally beneficial, and in line with legal and procedural standards;
- Actively engaging in on-the-job training and development opportunities.
As a Family Support Officer, you will be:
- Offering supervision and transportation services for families, children, and youth.
- Supplying information and support to families, children, and youth regarding access to Department and community resources.
- Delivering administrative help as needed.
