About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised, experienced Program Administrator to support the delivery of VenuesWest's Capital Works Program. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate financial reporting, governance processes, program administration and stakeholder engagement, ensuring accurate information supports effective decision-making across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects. You'll thrive if you're detail-oriented, financially savvy and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders to keep programs running smoothly.

We currently have a fixed term full time available to 30 June 2028 and with possibility of extension and/or permanency).

Whilst the position will be based at Perth High Performance Centre in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Experience in financial administration, reporting and budget monitoring.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence preparing reports, briefing papers and governance documentation.
  • The ability to analyse data, identify issues and support informed decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
