This is an opportunity to work in a busy, purpose-driven environment where your organisational skills, attention to detail and customer service focus will make a meaningful contribution. You will be part of a team that supports critical communications, electronic systems and operational technology relied on by WA Police Force every day.

THE ROLE

This position provides business and operational support to RES by coordinating service requests, maintaining records, supporting workflow processes and assisting with asset management activities. The role is responsible for checking information, updating service management systems, preparing routine reports and helping ensure requests are progressed to the right technical, warehouse or provisioning teams.

The successful applicant will liaise with internal stakeholders, resolve routine enquiries, support users of service management tools and contribute to accurate data, clear documentation and practical process improvements. This role would suit someone who is organised, customer focused and comfortable working with systems, records and technical information in a fast-paced operational environment.
