The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is a critical participant in the administration of justice within Western Australia, providing an independent and effective criminal prosecution service and confiscation practice.

Reporting to the Director Corporate Services, this position provides critical business management support for a range of operational activities. The position contributes to the achievement of our strategic initiatives and provides administrative, coordination and project support to Senior Managers.

This position undertakes a variety of work duties including administrative and secretarial tasks, corporate and legal research, business performance reporting, specified change management and project initiatives, information management and executive correspondence.

To be successful in this role, applicants will need to demonstrate:

The ability to provide high level executive support.  The ability to successfully engage with a range of stakeholders.  Sound organisational and planning skills.  Ability to carry out research and prepare reports.

Discretion and judgement are essential in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
