About the opportunity:
In this key role, you will bring significant experience in business planning, financial management, performance reporting and governance, together with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within tight timeframes. A customer-focused approach is essential, with the ability to understand stakeholder needs, build and maintain productive relationships, and consistently deliver positive service outcomes. You will apply your knowledge and experience to effectively manage financial, technological, physical and other resources to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
This position operates within a Personal Leadership context. As such, you will be expected to demonstrate personal accountability for achieving high-quality outcomes and contribute to the delivery of team, regional and agency strategic goals. You will build and maintain effective relationships, actively seek and respond to feedback, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
