The Insurance Commission of Western Australia is a state-owned Government Trading Enterprise that provides motor injury insurance to 2.7 million Western Australian motorists and manages the self-insurance arrangements of the Western Australian Government. The Opportunity

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced and innovative leader to join the Insurance Commission as our Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering enterprise analytics capabilities, trusted data products, and modern data solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders, you will drive the evolution of our analytics platform, champion data governance, and help unlock greater value from our data assets to support reporting, insights, and emerging AI capabilities.

You are a collaborative and commercially minded leader with strong experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or a related field. You enjoy building capability within teams, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and translating business needs into practical data-driven solutions. With a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, you can lead complex analytics initiatives while maintaining a focus on data quality, governance, security, and customer outcomes.

Appointment Information
