The Role
The successful applicant should provide administrative support to the school executive and teaching staff, involving student and teacher timetables, grids, class structures and adjustments. Liaising with the Associate Principal, the Administrative Support Coordinator would also provide high-level administrative, operational, and data management support for various school-based programs. Key duties may include stakeholder communication, data entry for student information and management, and administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team. The role ideally requires strong organisational, IT, and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, manage databases, and program coordinators and other school executives.
Administering and maintaining data integrity of a range of curriculum related databases will be an important component of this role. For this reason, applicants with good attention to detail and great interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
