About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to appoint to a permanent, full-time Administration Officer position based in Bentley. In this position, the successful applicant will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Team Director/s (RPBMLG) within the Office of the Executive Director. Key duties include, but are not limited to;
- Liaises with management to implement all confidential and general correspondence, memoranda, reports and other research activities.
- Types correspondence and reports and prepares and formats complex documents to a high standard of accuracy and presentation.
- Maintains electronic diaries, arranges and coordinates all appointments and venues for Executive Team Director(s). Prepares and organises relevant literature for meetings and ensures information is ready for presentation.
- Performs duties in accordance with the EMHS Vision and Values, WA Health Code of Conduct, Occupational Safety and Health legislation, the Disability Services Act and the Equal Opportunity Act and Government, WA Health, EMHS and Departmental / Program specific policies and procedures.
