About the role
Play a key role in supporting the Transit Administration Office by providing high-quality administrative and office management support, with a focus on infringement processing and compliance. You will act as a key liaison between the Public Transport Authority and external bodies such as the Fines Enforcement Registry.
You will manage infringement notices, including maintaining accurate records, reconciling payments, preparing notices and supporting the escalation of unpaid infringements. The role also involves responding to customer enquiries, reviewing appeals, resolving discrepancies and ensuring all processes are handled with accuracy and professionalism.
In addition, you will contribute to reporting and data analysis, monitoring trends and providing insights to support operational improvements and compliance. Working within a collaborative environment, you will support continuous improvement initiatives and help ensure efficient and effective administration services.

- Experience providing administrative support within a fast-paced or operational environment
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage data
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle enquiries and resolve issues
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working with databases, reporting systems and financial reconciliation processes
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies and compliance requirements, with customer service experience in complex or regulated environments
