The Department of Communities brings together the services and functions of disability services, child protection and family support, housing, community initiatives and regional services reform.
The Department of Communities will relocate its head office to the new purpose-built Kings Square, Fremantle, that is set to accommodate 1500 State Government employees. This move is currently scheduled for April 2020. It is envisaged that Learning and Development will remain in East Perth.
The Opportunity
As the Senior eLearning and Organisational Development Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a valued service in the context of Instructional Design and blended learning. You will lead the analysis of learning and organisational development needs, providing leadership, advice and coordination on matters relating to the blended learning development strategy. This includes eLearning and competency-based training and assessment. You will also lead the eLearning team to design, develop and support high quality digital interactive content for learning programs.
