Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably
experienced person for the role of Recruitment
Consultant.
This is a Recruitment Pool for possible future requirements for
Fixed Term appointments that may carry the possibility of
extension(s) and/or permanency.
As part of the Health Support
Services (HSS) Workforce and Organisational Development Business
Unit, the Recruitment Consultant is responsible for:
- Working in partnership with customers to deliver a streamlined customer focused, timely and efficient end to end recruitment service.
- Being the customer’s single point of contact throughout the end to end recruitment process.
- Processing the transactional components of end to end recruitment activities, direct appointments and employee contract variations.
- Providing an advisory service on recruitment, selection and appointment processes in accordance with legislative and regulatory frameworks governing public sector employment.
