The Role
As a Mathematics Teacher, you will use your interpersonal skills and ability to provide students with the highest quality curriculum delivery within the Mathematics Area. The successful applicant will ideally be skilled in instructional and curriculum design, possess a strong knowledge of Western Australian curriculum and will be highly informed of the latest developments within this domain.
The successful applicant will ideally be reflective in assessing the effectiveness of their teaching practice and cultivate a safe and encouraging learning environment. You will set yourself and your students high expectations, have a commitment to excellence and use a range of pedagogies to enhance outcomes for students. You should be adaptive and self-motivated and prepared to enthusiastically embrace new opportunities. It is expected that you can work collaboratively as part of our teaching team both in our Mathematics Department but also across the school.
