Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS)

HRMIS Program – Health Support Services

CRVCID 602531

Before you register your interest in the Temporary Employment Register, please read the attached job application information sheet which contains important details.

The Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) will replace WA Health's existing HR, payroll and rostering systems with a contemporary integrated solution as part of a key recommendation of the Sustainable Health Review and the WA Health Digital Strategy 2020-2030.

The new HR, payroll, and rostering solution, HRPlus, will transform the way pay, rosters and leave entitlements are processed for nearly 60,000 WA Health employees. The new solution will reduce many manual processes and paper-based HR forms, while providing employees with more options to securely access their payslips, leave and roster information at any time, including from their own devices.

Health Support Services (HSS) is leading the implementation of the HRMIS Program in partnership with all Health Service Providers and other WA Health entities.

Why join our team at HSS?

At HSS, we embrace diversity and believe that our best services come from a workplace where varied perspectives and experiences are welcomed and encouraged.

We are committed to creating an equitable and diverse workforce and encourage applications from people with disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people from culturally diverse backgrounds, members of our LGBTQIA+ community, women and youth.

HSS is committed to growing our Aboriginal workforce as part of WA Health’s Aboriginal Workforce Policy. As a measure to achieve equality, Section 51 of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 will apply to all advertised positions and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.
