The Role
Willetton Primary School (PS) is seeking a dedicated, organised and highly motivated Manager Corporate Services (MCS) with sound skills and attributes in managing teams.
The MCS is responsible for the management of the day to day financial and human resources aspects of the school’s business operations and school support activities. This position includes responsibility for monitoring and reporting on the financial integrity of the school’s business operations; providing input into financial planning and budgeting; and taking part in the development of the business and marketing plan. We are looking for an applicant with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate, build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. It is highly desirable that the successful applicant will have established financial management skills and strong Human Resource Management skills. Part of this role includes leading and assisting staff including performance management of all support staff and building their capacity to fulfil the requirements of their individual roles.
The successful applicant will ideally develop, implement and monitor asset management and maintenance strategies for school facilities, equipment and buildings and work alongside the Principal to maintain a safe working environment for staff and students.
A thorough knowledge of the School Resourcing System, RM Finance, the Education Department Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), Staff Performance Management and high-level financial management skills with solid analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills is desirable.
