About the role

We are seeking a self-motivated and committed individual to join our team as a Maintenance Scheduler in the Goldfields-Esperance Region, based in our Boulder depot. Your primary focus will be preparing routine maintenance schedule of tasks and activities in line with the approved maintenance plans, technical information from the corporate Maintenance Management Information System and available maintenance resources.

To be successful in this role you will need to use your strong skills and experience in developing and enhancing stakeholder relationships to effectively manage the deployment of all stages of maintenance schedules. You will also be required to provide specialist technical support with the delivery of Minor Capital Works (MCW’s), where required.

To be successful you will be:

  • experienced in scheduling and arranging labour, technological, physical and other resources for delivery of civil works.
  • have the ability to undertake investigations, technical data analysis and problem solve.
  • a highly motivated individual who thrives on a challenge
  • a strong communicator with an ability work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders 
  • able to create and present visual media to groups and individuals.
