About the Pool This pool recruitment process will be used to fill fixed term, permanent, full time and part time vacancies that may arise over a period of 12 months from the date of finalisation of the recruitment process. The Civil Law Division currently has a number of fixed term positions available, working on projects with fixed term funding, and covering leave. The positions provide an excellent opportunity for practitioners to gain experience in unique areas of civil law. About the Division The Civil Law Division incorporates a number of services. This includes Elder Rights WA, NDIS Appeals, self-represented litigants service in the Federal Court, the Defence and Veterans Legal Service, Your Story – the Disability Royal Commission and services related to money, housing, work and migration. We are a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, social workers, coordinators, paralegals and support staff. About you Law Graduates due to be admitted in Western Australia on or before 9 December 2022 are eligible to apply.
