Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2020 school year.

Suitable applicants would work as a collaborative member of a professional learning community and have the skills to teach across a variety of year levels. Successful applicants will have a demonstrated capacity to facilitate learning experiences that maximise the integration of different information technology tools and platforms.

There is strong community support for the school, where parents and the local community actively assist in school activities. The school motto is Innovate-Engage-Inspire, and students have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of specialist areas in and out of school to complement the core learning curriculum.

The teaching staff bring considerable experience to the school and the programs offered. The school actively promotes inclusive pastoral care and fosters the development of social and emotional wellbeing. The school is committed to its Inquiry Learning Framework to engage students in higher order thinking and to develop skills for problem solving in local and global contexts, particularly in the pursuit of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Vacancies may arise during the life of this pool that require specialist qualifications (for example vacancies within Early Childhood Education). Only applicants, in the pool, possessing the required qualifications will be considered for appointment in these circumstances.

To be suitable for this role, you will need to demonstrate your competency against the following domains (that govern the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers):

  • Professional knowledge;
