We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Nestled alongside Wungong Creek in Hilbert, Wungong Primary School (planning name) will be opening its doors to the local community in February 2026. We believe our students, staff and community are highly capable and we will support them by encouraging a love of learning, developing authentic, caring relationships and delivering high quality, connected teaching. The Role

We are seeking dynamic and organised School Officers to join our team and help manage the financial and operational aspects of our school. You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial stability of the school, while also managing the school's assets and supporting administrative staff.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals and will be responsible for overseeing the operation of school databases, records, and management information systems including timetabling.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal applicant will be a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for working in a team-oriented culture, with a focus on achieving student outcomes.  We believe the whole team plays an integral part in student success and the successful applicant should be prepared to go above and beyond to achieve this.

An information session for prospective staff will be held in week 2 of term 4 at Piara Waters Senior High School.  We encourage all applicants to attend to ensure you address your application to our needs.  Please register here to attend.
