The Role
Suitable applicants should be highly motivated, hold high expectations of themselves and their students, and believe that all students can reach their full potential academically, socially, emotionally, physically.
We are seeking applicants who are committed to on-going professional growth and development, understand and deliver high quality teaching practices, will support, deliver with fidelity and enhance our whole expectations and who are effective members of collaborative teams.
Experience with Engagement Norms, UFLI, Fluency Reading, Daily Reviews for Literacy and Numeracy, Origo Maths and the elastik platform would be highly desirable. Knowledge and implementation of Zones of Regulation and Mind Up programs would also be advantageous.
Applicants should have strong knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum, regularly analyse student data to modify, adapt and support the planning, teaching and assessment cycle and deliver challenging and engaging programs that target student progress and achievement.
Suitable applicants will ideally demonstrate the ability to build and maintain positive, trusting and safe relationships with students, staff, parents and across the school community, leading to increased student outcomes.
