We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Greenfields Primary School (PS) moral purpose “Together We Grow with high expectations, positive behaviour and a strong sense of community” informs all that we do. We are a centre school, for the Centre for Excellence in Literacy, our students perform well above what’s expected of them and we’re after new staff to join our team as we continue to provide a positive education for students. We engage, consult and work collaboratively with the school community to provide a positive learning environment for students which is underpinned by a strong set of values. The Role

As a School Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our students, families, staff, and community and as such, a strong focus on customer service is key to this role. The suitable applicants should be professional, positive, and friendly, with well-developed communication skills. The suitable applicants should work well in a team environment, display initiative and approach challenges with a growth mindset. The suitable applicants should possess strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail with great flexibility to move between tasks and different environments within our school and be able to deliver priority outcomes in a dynamic environment.

The suitable applicants will be responsible for completing administrative duties including greeting all visitors, answering the telephone, and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information. In addition, you should support student-related activities such as assisting with student enrolment procedures and operating a range of software packages including Integris, Compass, RM Billing and Microsoft Office Suite.
