Appointment Pool

We are replenishing our pool of Recruitment Officers for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise at any time from November 2024 and up until the end of July 2025. Placements can be made from the pool at any time for commencements during this period.
The Role
You’ll join a fast-paced environment, supporting West Australian public school Principals and line managers by facilitating the recruitment and appointment of staff. You’ll also respond to queries from applicants regarding employment opportunities and assist them with the application process.
You’ll use your customer services skills to provide advice on recruitment policies and procedures - ensuring compliance is met with regards to advertising, online recruitment, selection strategies and appointment. You’ll be well organised and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Your ability to establish and build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients will be key to successfully undertaking this role. We approach our work as a team and the ability to have clear, open communication and to work effectively with colleagues is a must.
