The Role
The successful applicant will be an integral member of our school leadership team, providing support to establish and maintain a school environment that excels in caring for its students, and their families, developing strong and positive relationships with students, staff, and the broader school community. Your excellent interpersonal acumen and sound oral, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential to this role.
As Manager Corporate Services, the successful applicant will be required to administer and report on the financial compliance and integrity of the school’s business operations, provide significant input into financial planning and budgeting, and identify and develop processes and systems that enhance the effectiveness of administrative functions. In collaboration with the principal, you will provide operational input to the development of the school Business and Operational Plans and monitor the school’s financial position and effectiveness against these plans.
Well-developed knowledge of our Student-Centred Funding model, One Line Budget, RM Billing/Finance, Asset and Resource Management, RAMS and HRMIS systems will be highly regarded. The successful applicant will work in a collaborative team environment committed to building quality communication with all stakeholders and develop strong community relationships. You will exhibit analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and contribute to ongoing school improvement as a proactive member of the leadership team.
In this role, you will hold responsibility for the mentoring, development, and management of school support staff as well as forging highly effective working relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external. The Manager Corporate Services will work with the principal to ensure occupational health and safety systems management, compliance and implementation are in place to maintain a safe working environment for staff and students.
